Billy inherited its passion for harversting grapes from his family. He takes so much care of the vineyards that some of the most exclusive Ribera del Duero wineries, such as Pingus, come every year to collect part of his top-notch production. He believes that 99% of the quality of a wine depends on the quality of the grapes.

Juan Manuel Burgos
Viticulture caught the attention of Juan Manuel Burgos already in his early adolescence. It was around 1992 when he decided to start his oenology studies and only four years later began restructuring the family vineyard. He owns a winery in a village next to Montejo de la Vega that produces half a million bottles of top quality wine every year.
Wines are the result of a way of being, a way of feeling the land, a state of mind, a personality. Each wine hides a wealth of secrets and circumstances that make it special.
